Required
Official Scout uniform for your current Scouting position

Note 1: A complete uniform includes the official shirt; official long pants, shorts, skirts, or culottes (long pants are best for this course); olive or blue colored socks (based on the color of your pants); and an official belt

A special neckerchief, slide, and a Wood Badge baseball-type cap will be provided.

■ Warm Shoes or boots
■ Warm winter clothing (coat, hat, scarf, gloves or mittens, etc. – insulated underwear can be comfy…)
■ ***Warm bedding (sleeping bag or sheets and blankets of equivalent warmth – beds are provided except for the overnight experience)
■ Work clothes and shoes for conservation project
■ Pillow
Flashlight
Pocketknife or multiple tool–type knife (no fixed bladed knives)
Medication in labeled containers
Toiletries and personal clothing items
Towel and washcloth
Pens, pencils, pocket notebook
Handbook for your Scouting program
■ Camp Chair

Change of shoes
Moccasins or camp slippers

Backpack (nice for carrying your gear to and from Activities)
■ Spending Money...you will have the opportunity to donate to the "World Friendship Fund" during course as well as a trading post will be available to purchase Wood Badge memorabilia...ie T-shirt, Jackets, Patches, Pins, etc.  There will also be professional pictures available for purchase if desired. 

***You will have the opportunity to sleep in a tent one night as an outpost with your patrol.  This is optional, please come prepared to make this experience as comfortable as possible with appropriate bedding and layers to keep you warm overnight in a tent during November.
